Revocable Permits
Revocable Permits
Companies operating a regularly scheduled route within 5 miles of a port, which does not directly pass the port, may submit an Application for Special Revocable Permit
If the application is approved and a permit is issued, possession of the permit relieves the operator of the responsibility to clear that port.
Check with the Colorado Department of Revenue, Division of Motor Vehicles for a Special Revocable Permit application and other rules and procedures.
