September SMC Meeting Set for September 4th.
The next SMC meeting is scheduled for September 4, 2008 between 12:00 noon
and 1:30 pm. at the CMCA Offices. The speaker will be announced shortly.
4th Annual Colorado State Patrol Poker Run and Car Rally
On September 13, the Colorado State Patrol (CPS) will host it's annual
motor cycle "Poker Run". The event has been extended to include a car
rally this year.
Registration is at 9 a.m. and there are two starting locations. One is at High Country Harley Davidson in Frederick, CO and the other is at Pikes Peak Harley Davidson in Colorado Springs, CO. This finish line is at the CSP Training Academy in Golden, CO.
Activities include poker with prizes for the best poker hands. Also there is a silent auction, raffle, door prizes and and BBQ lunch. Click here for details.

The Colorado Champions will be Going to the National Truck Diving Championships- August 19-23
This year’s Colorado Truck Driving Championships were a major success
with 220 drivers competiting. Some 400 spectators were at the
event and 143 volunteers helped keep things rolling.
