Any information collected on this website and in your dealings with CMCA is used only for responding to your requests, registering you for CMCA Seminars, or other meetings or improving our communications with you. When you interact with our website, we may collect and store certain types of automated information. Like many web sites, we sometimes use “cookies” and we obtain certain types of information when your web browser accesses our website. CMCA periodically sends a newsletter and other emails describing upcoming seminars and events. We also use email for seminar/convention registration confirmation and to provide information you may request. If you do not wish to receive email from us, other than registration notification and receipts, please advise us by phone or email.

We respect your privacy and appreciate your business. All information we have regarding our members and customers is protected. At no time do we ever provide your account contact or payment information to any third party vendor or organization.

Refund Policy:

CMCA offers training seminars and other meetings. Each meeting requires applicants to submit an application that constitutes a contract between the applicant and CMCA. The application specifies fees and costs and contains our policy on refunds for the meeting.
