TopTech Skills Competition

The Maintenance Council of CMCA hosts the TopTech Skills Competition in April. The Competition is designed to test the skills of heavy duty technicians’, with the overall winner of this event representing Colorado at the National Competition. The technicians’ will compete in several different stations, including but not limited to, a written test plus an average of six hands-on stations such as brakes, electrical/charging and preventative maintenance. Join us in supporting this great event by volunteering or sponsoring a meal, a station or a few door prizes.

Sporting Clays

Join us as the Allied Conference hosts the annual Sporting Clay Shoot – bring your friends, co-workers and customers.  Sponsors provide breakfast, lunch and fun prizes; so this is a great opportunity to be recognized as a food and beverage or a station sponsor.  This is such a fun event that you don’t want to miss it.

Truck Driving Championships

The Safety Management Council hosts the annual Truck Driving Championships (TDC).  Approximately 150 drivers will compete in the Roadeo, which includes a written test, pre-trip inspection and a driving skills course. The overall winners from the eight categories will have the opportunity to represent Colorado at The National Competition in August.  The Allied conference supports this event by volunteering to help with the children’s activities area, cooking for the volunteers, acting as runner for equipment and numerous other tasks. There are many options for sponsorship and volunteering at all levels, just call us and let us know how you would like to help.

Charity Ride

Summer time fun! Navajo Shippers and the Allied Conference teams up every year to raise money for charity. Shine up your motorcycles or hotrod cars and join us on a poker run through some of the most scenic rides Colorful Colorado has to offer. The ride starts in Denver with a full breakfast sponsored by Navajo Shippers and ends at a gathering location for lunch and prizes. Volunteers and sponsors are always needed for lunch and card stops; or donations of prizes and gifts are encouraged too. Bring your friends, family and co-workers for a worthwhile charity event.

Summer Golf

The Allied Conference hosts a yearly golf tournament at some of Colorado’s most beautiful golf courses in the state. This is a friendly scramble-style tournament so bring your customers, friends and co-workers too. Breakfast, lunch, beverages and a contest on every hole with tons of prizes given away!! Sponsor, donate, volunteer, play…just don’t be late. Free cigars will be available on the course.

Convention

The BIGGEST event of the year so you definitely do not want to miss it! CMCA hosts it Annual Convention at some of the most beautiful resorts in the state. Join us for three days of education, exhibits, networking, golfing and Sporting Clays; reconnect with old friends while meeting new ones along the way. This is a mix of work and fun, so we encourage the entire family to attend – spouse and children’s programs are offered, so there is something for everyone. Sponsorships are available at all levels and door prizes are always needed.
